Stewart C Baker (any pronoun) is an academic librarian and tenured faculty member at Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon. Stewart holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina and a Masters of Arts in English from California State University, Long Beach. Research interests include open access and open source, accessibility, the intersection of games and learning, and the history of libraries. Stewart also writes fiction and games, and has published dozens of short stories, two novel-length works of interactive narrative, and served as lead narrative designer on a Nebula-award-winning game.
